Even our smallest water softeners have a large capacity. We’re often asked about the capacity of our water softeners – after all, we have several different types and sizes, so what’s the story? The key point is that the maximum volume of water that can flow through the softener per minute is softened. If you were to turn on all the taps in your house at the same time, flush the toilet, start the dishwasher and so on, the total volume of water flowing through the pipes would be around 40 litres per minute. Every water softener we supply has sufficient capacity to handle this volume of water per minute, even the Mini. So you never need to worry about this aspect. Different sizes. The reason we offer water softeners in different sizes is quite different. It’s just like a fridge: a small fridge cools perfectly well, of course, but it’s simply not very practical for a large family. So, from the point of view of ease of use, it makes sense to choose a water softener size that suits your consumption. All you, as the user, need to do is top up the salt; apart from that, you don’t have to worry about it, but you undoubtedly don’t want to do that too often.
