How customers find the Mooiwater water softener

We had been considering a water softener for some time and were able to see for ourselves how a Mooi water softener works at a relative’s house. This convinced us to go ahead and buy one.

Pros
A transparent website; as far as we could tell, the only provider that publishes prices on its website without requiring you to enter your details first. Communication, delivery and installation were all handled smoothly, professionally and in a customer-friendly manner. Benefits include no more limescale stains in the bathroom and toilet, a halving of the amount of washing powder and washing-up liquid required, and the same applies to the use of shower and bath products. The lifespan of appliances such as the washing machine, Quooker, coffee machine and steam oven is also extended due to the absence of limescale.

In short, it’s well worth the investment.

Super soft

It was quite strange at first how soft the water is. But you get used to it very quickly. Especially now that we don’t have to clean as much – the shower screen is always nice and clean.

Soft water with a smile

We’ve had the water softener in our home since January. We were a bit sceptical at first, but we’ve noticed a clear difference. Our skin and hair, in particular, feel wonderfully soft. Cleaning the bathroom is a piece of cake. The installation was carried out professionally and the staff were friendly. We weren’t sure whether the water softener could be fitted in our home, but then again, we hadn’t committed to anything yet. We’d definitely recommend Mooiwater!

A great company and a great water softener

A great and reliable company. After we visited them to find out more, we received the quote and agreed to it. The installation was carried out within two weeks. The installation itself was carried out neatly and as agreed. We’ve had the water softener for just under two months now, and we’re very happy with it. A water softener isn’t really a must-have in our area, but it does give you that little bit of extra luxury. We bought it mainly to prevent limescale build-up on taps and the coffee machine. We’ve really noticed the difference with the taps; we gave them a good clean after the installation and they still look sparkling! You can feel the difference in the shower too. The soap lathers up much better. In short: we’re very happy with both the result and the company!

– We’ve got a unit in the crawl space that’s ’too big’, which means we have to top up the salt about once a year, according to estimates. So it’s nice and easy. – Once it’s installed, you hardly have to give it a second thought. – Less cleaning to do now that the water is limescale-free.

Excellent service and exactly the result I was hoping for!

We’ve been looking forward to having soft water for ages, and we’re having it fitted straight away in our new-build home (we had one of those magnets on the water pipe in our previous house, but we never had any less limescale!). We can really tell the difference now that our water is so much softer – not only do we need to use less soap when showering or doing the washing-up (or using the dishwasher), but our skin isn’t dry any more either. It’s really lovely. What’s more, communication with the company has been excellent. We’ve had to reschedule the appointment several times ourselves due to delays in the build, and that was never a problem – Mooi Water always responded very quickly. Really great – I love that. Two of our new neighbours are also very happy with it, so it’s brilliant!

I need to do that much sooner.

I never expected it to fit in the meter cupboard; otherwise, I would have bought it loooong before. We’re on water hardness level eleven here – our windows, mirrors and worktops are never clean. We used to have to wipe the shower dry down to the very last drop. Now that we’ve bought this, we don’t have any more trouble with it. In principle, we no longer need to wipe the shower dry, but just give it a quick wipe to get rid of any moisture. The staff at Mooiwater really think things through with you and keep each other in the loop, so you don’t have to repeat yourself unnecessarily. Many companies think they’re more important and smarter than the customer; that’s not the case at Mooiwater. A top company.

Following our enquiry, we received a prompt delivery of a lovely water filter. As we weren’t entirely sure which one to install in our meter cupboard, it was no problem at all for them to bring along several different types so we could see on the spot which ones would fit best – absolutely brilliant service.

Pros
A friendly technician who explained everything clearly to us and even brought a whole year’s supply of salt straight away. Once the salt has been delivered, it’s no problem at all – just place an order, put the empty buckets outside, and they’ll come round to swap them for full ones.
