Mooiwater processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special categories of personal data and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. Mooiwater processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Mooiwater analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
• Mooiwater also processes personal data where we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Automated decision-making

Mooiwater does not make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions taken by computer programmes or systems without human intervention (for example, by a member of staff at Mooiwater).

How long we retain personal data

In order to carry out projects and provide services, your personal data, as a client, is stored in our CRM/invoicing system. This system stores, amongst other things, personal details, quotations, invoices and meeting minutes. This data is necessary for the execution of projects, deliveries and maintenance as set out in an agreement. The data is not automatically deleted but is stored securely via a cloud service and locally for our archiving and reference purposes.

You can via info@mooiwater.nl submit a request to have this personal data deleted. This does not apply to data which we are legally required to retain for purposes such as tax purposes.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Mooiwater does not sell your data to third parties and will only disclose it to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on behalf of Mooiwater to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data. Mooiwater remains responsible for these processing operations.

View, edit or delete data

Please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and your Citizen Service Number (BSN) on this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

How we protect personal data

Mooiwater takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
