At Mooiwater, EVERYTHING revolves around a satisfied customer. Not just because that’s the right thing to do, but also because we wouldn’t have it any other way. That’s how we keep enjoying our work. You’re happy. We’re happy!

We’d be happy to help with any questions you may have about our water softener, the benefits of soft water, or any of our other products.

Are you not entirely satisfied with the product delivered, or does it not meet your expectations? No problem – you have a full 4 weeks to return the product we delivered or send it back to us. Once we have received the product back undamaged, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days. If it is a water softener or pressure booster that we installed, we will also collect it, subject to the applicable call-out charges. Within 5 working days of receipt, we’ll refund the purchase price of the water softener, minus the installation costs and any call-out charges. Unfortunately, we have to charge for the call-out as we’ve incurred these costs ourselves.
