Home improvement grants for the earthquake-affected area of Groningen

When can I apply for a grant?

The home improvement grants for the Groningen earthquake-affected area are intended for homeowners who are part of the NCG’s reinforcement programme.

Is your home really in the earthquake-prone area, but is it not part of the National Coordinator for Groningen’s (NCG) reinforcement programme? And is your home located in a postcode area where the value reduction scheme of the Institute for Mining Damage (IMG) applies, or in postcodes 9679, 9681 or 9682 in the municipality of Oldambt? If so, you are eligible for also eligible for a grant of up to 10,000 euros to improve your home and make it more sustainable.

What can I spend the grant on?
