Myth: It doesn’t matter which type of salt you use for water softening

That is why the use of high-quality vacuum salt tablets is essential. beautiful water supplies refined vacuum salt tablets with a salt content (NaCl content) of at least 99.9%. Less pure salts contain more impurities and therefore affect the resin’s service life, resulting in blockages in your water softener.
No blockages
The salt tablets we supply are very hard and dissolve extremely evenly. Lower-quality salt tablets not only contain more impurities but will also disintegrate over time, forming a salt crust at the bottom of the salt container, which carries the risk of blockages in the salt reservoir.
In short, to maintain your water softener and prevent contamination and blockages, it is very important to use high-quality salt that contains no powdered salt or anti-caking agents. Only salt that complies with the European standard EN 973 Type A meets these requirements and can be used in the food industry and for domestic water softening.
