You will receive your digital report within 5 working days of WAVORA receiving a suitable sample. If the sample is damaged or unsuitable for analysis, we will contact you first.

How your water meter works
1 Request a water meter reading via the online shop
2 Receive the sample kit
The materials and clear instructions will be sent to you.
3 Take and send your sample
Fill each bottle as instructed and follow the return instructions provided
4 WAVORA measures the selected values
Upon receipt, the parameters of this water measurement are measured for indicative purposes.
5 Receive your digital report
You will receive the test results, clear explanations and practical points to bear in mind within 5 working days of WAVORA receiving a suitable sample.
What does the report say?
- The measured value for each parameter
- Clear units and easy-to-understand explanations
- A signal when a value stands out
- Possible next steps, such as a follow-up assessment, referral to a specialist or further laboratory tests
What this measurement does not determine
The Watermeting Basis does not measure nitrite, ammonium, manganese, conductivity, turbidity, pesticides, bacteria or other microbiological parameters. The test does not provide a definitive assessment of overall drinkability or safety. Do you require an official or legally valid certificate? If so, please select a suitable accredited laboratory.
