FACT: Electricity and water go together perfectly
Our water softeners are connected to the mains supply so that various parameters can be adjusted and monitored, such as water consumption, the holiday mode, the number of backwash cycles carried out, the amount of water that can still be softened before the next backwash cycle, etc. None of this is possible without electricity.
Yet some suppliers claim that electricity and water do not mix, as if the water softeners from Mooiwater and many other suppliers were unsafe! Of course, electricity and water do not mix – everyone knows that. But with our water softeners, water and electricity are, naturally, strictly separated, just as they are in coffee machines, washing machines, dishwashers and so on. Comments like these are purely intended to make you feel uneasy. We don’t like to play on people’s gut feelings; we prefer to stick to the facts.
